PRODUCER PROFILE: 140+ acres of rolling hills and valleys and a creek in the New Glarus area, specializing in Garlic, Herbs, Whole Wheat Flour, Greens and other nutrient rich vegetables. Although the farm is not certified Organic, they practice "Nature Sensitive Agriculture" which goes somewhere beyond conventional/commercial organic. The Brantmeiers stress working with Nature and Her Spirits as much as possible; harming Her as little as possible. They limit use of tractors and plastic as much as possible. They use recycled bags at market and have a market stand made of recycled material instead of the usual plastic stuff,and also use recycled paper berry cartons instead of the plastic ones.
PRODUCTS: Herbs (basil, chives, dill, garlic, mint, oregano, parsley, sage, thyme) and Vegetables (beets, garlic, greens, okra, peas,peppers, swiss chard).

PRODUCER PROFILE: Christensen’s Farm is a family venture that has 3 generations playing in the dirt and raising healthy and wholesome vegetables and eggs. Katy and Mark Dickson head the operation and use growing practices that allow their 3 toddlers, or anyone for that matter, to eat right out of the garden.
PRODUCTS: We grow a variety of vegetables and fruit without harmful chemicals. Spring begins with greens, radishes, and asparagus. The summer bounty includes red currants, green beans, sweet corn, potatoes, tomatoes, herbs, cucumbers, and broccoli. The season finishes with winter squashes, raspberries, garlic, and pumpkins. Our delicious free-range eggs are available year round.

PRODUCER PROFILE: The orchard has been in the Ten Eyck Family since 1839, encompassing six generations of Southern Wisconsin farming tradition. Over the years, the iorachard has evolved into a high-density orchard with over 50 varieties of apples. The refrigerated section of the scenic 1919 round red barn (a local landmark) helps to ensure that the apples, carefully picked and sorted, are available at peak flavor.
PRODUCTS: 50 different varieties of tree-ripenend apples, plus Asian pears, and plums. Ten Eyck Orchards specialized in growing unusual varieties - from old fashioned antique varieties like Dutchess and Russets, to the newest varieties like Honeycrisp and Gala. Pumpkins and squash are also grown and sold.
